Hello Naples Hostel

ciao naples was a delightful surprise - felt like a hotel but paid hostel price, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with new AC, and the rooftop bar was a bonus!

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The free luggage storage was a lifesaver, and the rooftop area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and having AC in the room was a great bonus. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the shared kitchen was a convenient amenity. my experience at this hostel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The private bathroom in my room was super clean and had a fresh scent. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The strong Wi-Fi signal made it easy for me to stay connected. One of the highlights of my stay was spending time on the terrace, where I had a great time socializing with fellow travelers. the staff at the hostel were always available and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Ciao for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. The staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The air conditioning worked well and there was even a rooftop terrace where I could relax and socialize with other guests. Highly recommended!

The staff at Ciao were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable experience. The location of the hostel was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of air conditioning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a kettle and microwave available for use on the premises. I would highly recommend Ciao for a positive and enjoyable stay in Naples.

We had a wonderful experience at this hostel. the staff at Ciao were incredibly helpful, especially Shakiba, Aline, and Wagner. They provided valuable information about how to get to Sorrento and other nearby attractions. the rooms were comfortable with air conditioning. the location was convenient, with a 24-hour reception and close proximity to the Port. We also appreciated the availability of cold drinks and the convenience of having a kettle and microwave on the premises. it was a great value for money. Cons: Not one thing 🙅‍♀️.

As avid trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the new and clean rooms and bathrooms. the air-conditioning in each room was a great relief after a long day of exploring. the helpful and cheerful receptionists provided us with valuable information about the city, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt right at home at Ciao Naples, with no complaints whatsoever.

Got to meet some interesting characters in the shared kitchen while waiting for the slow Wi-Fi to load. Such a delightful combination of burned toast and burnt out router.

If only the bed was as comfortable as the staff was at check-in. That way, I could have slept through the noisy residents and overlooked the lack of security.

Staff was amazing and very friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hostel was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. Plus, the hostel had a large balcony where I could relax and take in the views of the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The room was a bit cramped with too many beds, and there were limited power outlets for charging phones.
